With more than 15 years working in the higher education sector and experience leading large and diverse teams through times of both abundance and unprecedented volatility, I have a breadth of experience in empowering those I have worked with to rise in the face of challenge, build confidence and resilience and unleash their potential.

My professional approach centres around encouraging reflection, insight and transformative growth. I also bring a healthy dose of good humour and intuition into the way I work.

I have expertise in building positive team culture and vision, communicating for influence, leading through organisational transformation, nurturing positive mindset and self-belief, work-life balance, prioritisation and focus, resilience and agility, and empowering female leaders.

I partner my experience with strong credentials, with undergraduate qualifications in both Business and Psychology and postgraduate qualifications in Positive Psychology.  I have undertaken accredited executive coach training and hold certification as an organisational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
