I work one-on-one with executive and senior leaders and leaders in transition, including those who are new to the senior leadership space.
When coaching, I take a whole-of-person approach, focusing on mindset, inner reflection and insight to enhance leadership confidence and mastery. To achieve this, it’s crucial to build a foundation of trust and respect, so that is where we start.
As your executive coach, I act as a guide on the side. Coaching sessions are confidential and focus solely on your needs, offering a regular touchpoint to talk through any current leadership challenges or issues you are facing, in addition to targeting specific goals and outcomes you are looking to achieve through the coaching engagement.
